Pouch Burst/Compression Tester
The Pouch Burst/Compression Tester is a specialized instrument designed to evaluate the seal integrity and seal strength of liquid or semi-solid filled pouches, with or without gas/air. Testing Capabilities:

1. Dynamic Load Test:

   • The sample is compressed up to a predetermined load setpoint.
   • If the pouch bursts before reaching the setpoint, it becomes a destructive test.
   • The machine halts automatically upon sample failure or when the pre-set load is achieved.

2. Static Load Test:

   • The sample is compressed to a predetermined load setpoint.
   • Force is held on the pouch for a specified duration.
   • After the set time elapses, the machine automatically returns to its original position.
   • The machine stops automatically upon sample failure or completion of the pre-set load test.
